The evolution of ELECTRIC. This is how IDM Automation Srl presented itself at the 2019 edition of Cosmopack, bringing the e-MF302, the machine for filling plastic and glass bottles completely electric. A great innovation made possible thanks to the enormous research and experimentation work that characterizes every action of the company. Thanks to the fact that it is completely electric, the e-MF302 has been enriched with a series of pluses: it is more performing; more environmentally friendly, allowing great energy savings; extremely silent, thus ensuring great working comfort. The machine continues to be configurable and customizable thanks to various options, like the previous version, the MF-302 Plus.
To further embellish the new machine, a completely glass cover, "full glass", which gives it functionality and practicality of use.
To complete the electric proposal, two melters were presented: T-030-DR, 30 liter melter and T-150-UF, 150 liter melter.
Great interest also in the presentation of the IDMind project born from the collaboration of IMD Automation with Clever Mind, a company specialized in the development of innovative IoT systems that fall within the scope of the evolution of Industry 4.0
Thanks to this alliance, IDM presented the new production telemetry and proactive support service, called “Machine.Care”.
This solution is based on an App on the customer side and a Dashboard on the manufacturer side for an organised/optimized management of interventions which can now be requested directly from the machine and can be activated both for new machinery and for all those produced up to now.
