The evolution of ELECTRIC. This is how IDM Automation Srl presented itself at the 2019 edition of Cosmopack, introducing the e-MF302, a fully electric machine for filling plastic and glass bottles.  Great innovation made possible thanks to the large amount of research and experimentation which characterizes every activity of the company. Being completely electric, the e-MF302 is enhanced by a series of advantages: it is more powerful; more respectful of the environment, allowing greater energy savings; extremely silent, ensuring greater working comfort. The machine continues to be configurable and customizable thanks to various options, just like its predecessor, the MF-302 Plus.

Adding more value to the new machine is its full glass shield, which provides additional functionality and practicality.

To complete the unit, two melters were presented: the T-030-DR 30-liter melter and the T-150-UF 150-liter melter.

Great interest was also shown in the presentation of the IDMind project, born from the collaboration of IMD Automation and Clever Mind, a company specialized in the development of innovative IoT systems that pertain to Industry 4.0 evolution.

Thanks to this alliance, IDM presented a new telemetry production service and proactive support, called “Machine.Care”.

This solution is based on a consumer App and a manufacturer sided Dashboard that allows for organized/optimized management of maintenance operations that can be requested directly by the machine.
It can be activated both for new machines and those previously manufactured.
