Cosmoprof: the news of the 53rd edition

From April 28th to May 1st IDM Automation will be in Hall 19, Stand C16PK. We’ll be introducing the innovations we’ve introduced this year. Among the novelties which we will talk about with visitors and which will be appreciated by our customers, there will be a particular a system created for the manufacture of make-up pencils. Our company, in fact, offers B2B services dedicated to companies in the cosmetics sector that want to upgrade and automate their automatic filling process. More specifically, IDM Automation develops machines for the make-up sector and personal care products.  

New innovations that IDM Automation will be bringing to Cosmoprof  

One of the innovations is the result of a partnership with Quantix Digital, a manufacturer for digital printing machines. This has led to the creation of a line that combines a digital printing machine for printing on cylinders and a tube-filling machine. This innovation is effective because it allows, among other things, the management of small production batches and shortens packaging production times. The intermediate logistic steps are reduced by using a single system that performs three functions: production, filling and closing.
